Handmade cakes
What can I say other than Nicky makes truly fantastic cakes.
She is passionate about every aspect of the design and craftsmanship of them, as well as their taste. All of the decorations are hand-made, from her beautiful sugar flowers to her delicate rice paper butterflies.
Nicky is dedicated to making the most delicious hand-made cakes and sources as much local, organic and unrefined ingredients as possible. The butter, buttermilk and cream all come from local farms as do the free-range organic eggs, with some from their own chickens, Gertie, Sizzles, Marmalade and Tulula.
Her chocolate cakes use the finest Belgian couverture chocolate (not local sadly!)
